ZABEZPE\u010cENIE D\u00c1T<\/h2>\n<p>Zavedli sme a udr\u017eujeme primeran\u00e1 technick\u00e1 a organiza\u010dn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, vnit\u0159n\u00ed kontroly a procesy bezpe\u010dnosti informac\u00ed v souladu s nejlep\u0161\u00ed obchodn\u00ed prax\u00ed odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9mu hroz\u00edc\u00edmu riziku pro v\u00e1s jako subjekt \u00fadaj\u016f. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 zoh\u013ead\u0148ujeme stav technologick\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoja s cie\u013eom chr\u00e1ni\u0165 Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje pred n\u00e1hodnou stratou, zni\u010den\u00edm, zmenami, neopr\u00e1vnen\u00fdm zverejnen\u00edm alebo pr\u00edstupom. T\u00e1to opatrenia m\u00f4\u017eu mimo in\u00e9 zahrnovat prijatie primeran\u00fdch krokov k zaisteniu zodpovednosti pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa pr\u00edstup k va\u0161im \u00fadajom, \u0161kolen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, pravideln\u00e9 z\u00e1lohov\u00e1n\u00ed, postupy pro obnovu d\u00e1t a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed incident\u016f, softwarov\u00e1 ochrana zariaden\u00ed, na ktor\u00fdch s\u00fa ulo\u017een\u00e9 osobn\u00e9 d\u00e1ta atd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>6. Ak to budete po\u017eadova\u0165, m\u00f4\u017eeme niektor\u00e9 Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje (najm\u00e4 tie \u00fadaje, ktor\u00e9 spracov\u00e1v\u00e1me na z\u00e1klade vykonania prijat\u00fdch opatren\u00ed pred uzavret\u00edm zmluvy a\/alebo V\u00e1\u0161ho s\u00fahlasu) zasla\u0165 priamo tretej strane (in\u00fdm spr\u00e1vcom \u00fadajov), ktor\u00e9ho uvedete vo svojej \u017eiadosti, ak takov\u00fd po\u017eiadavek nebude ma\u0165 negat\u00edvny vplyv na pr\u00e1va a slobody in\u00fdch os\u00f4b, a ak bude technicky preuk\u00e1zate\u013en\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.6 N\u00e1mitky proti spracovaniu<\/strong><br \/>\nAk budeme niektor\u00e9 Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje spracov\u00e1va\u0165 na z\u00e1klade n\u00e1\u0161ho opr\u00e1vnen\u00e9ho z\u00e1ujmu, m\u00e1te pr\u00e1vo kedyko\u013evek vznies\u0165 n\u00e1mietku proti spracovaniu t\u00fdchto osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov. Ak sa na na\u0161ej strane neprok\u00e1\u017eou z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 opr\u00e1vnen\u00e9 d\u00f4vody pre spracovanie, ktor\u00e9 preva\u017euj\u00fa nad z\u00e1jmami alebo pr\u00e1vami a slobodami subjektu \u00fadajov, alebo \u010fal\u0161ie spracovanie nebude nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre ur\u010denie v\u00fdkonu alebo obhajobu na\u0161ich pr\u00e1vnych n\u00e1rokov, nebudeme Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje \u010falej spracov\u00e1va\u0165.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.7 Omezen\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><br \/>\nAk n\u00e1s po\u017eiad\u00e1te o obmedzenie spracovania svojich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov, napr. v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee zpochyb\u0148ujete presnos\u0165, z\u00e1konnos\u0165 alebo na\u0161u potrebu spracova\u0165 Va\u0161e osobn\u00e9 \u00fadaje, omez\u00edme sprac\u00favanie Va\u0161ich osobn\u00fdch \u00fadajov na nevyhnutn\u00e9 minimum (ulo\u017eenie), a pr\u00edpadne je budeme spracov\u00e1va\u0165 iba pre ur\u010denie, v\u00fdkon alebo obhajobu pr\u00e1vnych n\u00e1rokov, alebo z d\u00f4vodu ochrany pr\u00e1v in\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 alebo pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby, alebo in\u00fdch obmedzen\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov predepsan\u00fdch platn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vnymi predpismi.
