Project FVE - test

The goal of the projects below is the installation of photovoltaic power plants with the specified output without storage for the applicant’s own consumption. With the help of the use of renewable resources, not only will the provision of electricity for the applicant’s activities be optimized, but also other positive changes, especially the impact on the environment.

In the new hall D.8.4. in CTPark Prague North, a unique vertical large-format garden is being created across the entire wall of the building, implemented thanks to a grant from the Ministry of Industry and Trade within the OPTAK Application I project – Research and development of vertical large-format gardens for industrial buildings (OPTAK I Application Němec) with reg. number CZ.01.01.01/01/22_002/0000323.

The aim of the project is to achieve a rapid reduction in the temperature of the microclimate in the overheated area around warehouses and industrial halls, especially in locations near highways. This will ensure a more favorable temperature and humidity for residents and at the same time, technical buildings will be better integrated into the surrounding natural environment.

The project is being implemented in a consortium of three partners: Němec s.r.o. provides installation and technical solutions, the Czech University of Agriculture leads research into suitable plant and grass species for the indoor and outdoor environments of industrial parks, and CTP Invest s.r.o. It provides an area, an outdoor space and provides connections to electricity and water for watering.
