Role description:

The Data Management Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and quality assurance of CTP’s master data management with a specific focus on lease-related data. As the subject matter expert, this role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across lease agreements, amendments, and related documents, supporting seamless processes in lease administration, invoicing, and reporting. Key responsibilities include data entry, verification, document management, and facilitating cross-functional inquiries. Once leveraging automated data extraction technologies, the specialists will shift focus to verifying extracted data, ensuring data integrity, and supporting invoicing and lease accounting. The Data management specialist will play a key role in enhancing efficiency in lease data processing, financial data preparation, and cost booking for lease accounting.

 

Requirements:

  • High-school or bachelor’s degree in finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance data processing or contract data management.
  • Experience with data management systems (e.g., D365). Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to detect inconsistencies, errors, and omissions in data and documents.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights while ensuring data integrity.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with real estate or property management data.
  • Knowledge of lease accounting best practices, e.g. Invoicing, Cost reconciliations, Straight-line.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, GIS, or real estate portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), and experience with data management systems (e.g., D365). Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with SQL or Power BI is a plus.

Role description:

  • Finding tenants for our portfolio in Brno, with main focus on industrial portfolio (CTPark Prague West, CTPark Prague North, CTPark Žatec, CTPark Chomutov and CTPark Česká Lípa). This includes cold calls, mails, meetings, presentations and negotiations.
  • Identification of suitable acquisition targets
  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts – cooperation with real estate agents, consultants, representatives of state authorities and clients.
  • Negotiating terms with existing and potential clients and coordinating internal resources to close deals.
  • After sales and follow-up care – staying in touch with our existing clients and ensuring they are satisfied
