We are looking for a TAX SPECIALIST to strengthen our Czech tax team based in Prague.
Role description:
- General support of the tax team in relation to the Czech tax agenda.
- Tax compliance of the Czech Republic – CITR, VAT, RET, withholding tax
- Support with ad hoc projects, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, coordination of group tax compliance.
- Cooperation with external tax advisors.
- Monitoring changes in tax legislation, research within EU tax law and other sources
- Preparation and registration of data (CITR and RET payments, etc.).
Required profile
- Czech and English speaking.
- At least 3 years of experience
- Experience from consulting companies or from large international companies is an advantage
- Self-organizational skills.
- Independent, analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

We search someone, who is very well organized, having very good communication skills in English as you will be in a daily contact with foreigners and providing service related to Domeq.
Role description:
- Taking over and handing over the units of the lease including final steps after tenants check-out in terms of accountancy
- Work in the Tririga and CRM system (training will be provided)
- Reporting wear and tear or necessary repairs to interiors and exteriors, monitoring the condition of accommodation units and common areas
- Cooperation with cleaning service and security
- Oversee property maintenance, handle tenant inquiries, and ensure a positive living experience for residents
- Money collecting control and taking further steps with unpaid bills
- Viewings of properties with potential clients
- Communication with suppliers, clients and potential clients
- Supervision of the House/Accommodation Book for the Foreign Police and Local Authorities reports
- Other assigned work related to support Domeq Operations (front desk, bookings, events etc.)
