Chief Project Engineer

Role description:

• Responsible for leading and coordination all design works: coordination of preparation of project documentation in all phases – for planning permit, building permit and tender documentation
• Responsible for coordination all design works in cooperations with BREEAM processes: coordination of BREEAM requirements within the framework of project documentation processing
• Responsibility for CTP White book: the CTP White book needs to be up-to-date constantly considering latest standard and trends, norms, technologies, construciton costs, sustainability, quality, cost for repairs and maintenance
• Close cooperations with Head of Design/Construction Director/Regional Construction Director/Project Managers

Who we are looking for:

• University degree –
• At least 5 years similar experience
• Experience with leading the team
• English knowledge on level B1/B2
